ENACTMENT NO. 3 OF 2001 SYARIAH COURT (TERENGGANU) ENACTMENT 2001
PART II - GENERAL Syariah Courts
Section 4. Establisment of Syariah Courts.
(1) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, on the advice of the Majlis, may by notification in the Gazette constitute Syariah Subordinate Court for the State of Terengganu at such places as he considers fit.
(2) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, on the advice of the Majlis, may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Syariah High Court for the State of Terengganu.
(3) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, on the advice of the Majlis, may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Syariah Appeal Court for the State of Terengganu.
(4) The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, after consulting the Chief Syarie Judge, prescribe a code of ethics which must be observed by all Syarie Judges and Syariah Appeal Court Judges
