Section 84. Stay of proceedings if prosecution of offence in amended charge requires previous sanction.

If the offence stated in the amended or added charge is for the prosecution of which requires previous sanction of a Shariah Prosecutor (or the Majlis), the case shall not be proceeded until such sanction bis obtained, unless sanction has been already benn obtained for a prosecution on the same facts as those on which the amended or added charge ids founded.
