Section 123. Wilful neglect of statutory duty.

Whoever, in relation to any register, report, assessment list, certificate or any other document, is charged under this Enactment with a duty shall, if he fails to perform such duty or performs such duty in an unlawful or improper manner, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
