PART V - OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
Section 54. Secrecy.
Any person who improperly disclose or divulges any matters, which it was his duty under any written law to kept secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof, shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
