Section 55. Admission of writing, signature or seal.

(1) Admission as to of writing, signature or seal shall be admissible as an admission of the person who wrote or execute such document.

(2) An admission made in a document which is written or caused to be written by a person under his signature or seal and handed over to another person shall be admissible as ad (iqrar).
