Section 24. Offence committed in Kadi's presence.
When any offence is committed in the presence of a Kadi within the local limits of his jurisdiction he may himself arrest or authorise any person to arrest the offender and may thereuponm subject to the provisions in this Enactment as to bail, commit the offender to custody.
