Section 27. Public servants and Public Authorities protection.

The Registrar, Inspector and officers or the staff of the Majlis lawfully carrying out the powers under this Enactment or the Rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code [Cap 45]; and the Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply against any suit, action, prosecution or proceedings arising thereto.
