Section 33. Public Authorities Protection 1948.

The Public Authorities Protection Ordinance 1948, shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the members of the Majlis, Fatwa Committee, officers or workers of the Majlis, Pengarah Pendakwa, pegawai masjid, the kariah committees of any mosque, guru agama bertauliah and penghulu in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed.
