Section 56. Power to make Rules.
(1) His Highness the Ruler in Council may make Rules which shall be published in the Gazette prescribing the procedure to be followed in all matters of a civil nature before the Court and upon appeal.
(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) if this section the Rules set out in the Second Schedule to this Enactment shall have effect until varied or revoked by rules made under this section and be deemed to be rules made under this section
