PART XXI – JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, ARREST ETC.
Section 166. Manner of seizure.
(1) Any property liable to be attached before judgment shall be seized in the manner prescribed for the seizure and sale under Part XiX.
(2) If any property has been attached under subsection (1), it shall not be necessary to seize it but it shall be deemed to have been seized in execution under an order for execution delivered at 4.00 p.m. on the day on which the judgment was gien, and may be sold accordingly.
