Section 32. Delegation of powers.

(1) The Majlis may, by resolution, delegate to the Yang di-Pertua or the Secretary or any committee of the Majlis any part of its duties and powers not being judicial or quasi-judicial, as it may deem fit.

(2) It shall be the duty of every committee of the Majlis and of every other person or body to whom any of the powers of the Majlis may be delegated to inform the Majlis of all acts and things done by it or him as such committee or in pursuance of such delegation.

(3) For the purposes of this section the powers conferred on the Majlis by sections 38 and 39 shall be deemed to be quasi-judicial powers.
