PART IV - MAINTENANCE OD DEPENDANTS
Section 82. Application.
(1) The Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1950 [F. M. Ord. No. 36 of 1950], shall not apply in the State of Kelantan to any person professing the Muslim ReIigion and whose wife or whose child professes the Muslim Religion except in respect of the maintenance of illegitimate children.
(2) This Part of this Enactment shall apply only to claims made by a Muslim against a Muslim.
