PART III - PRODUCTION AND EFFECT OF EVIDENCE
Chapter IX - General

Section 100. Hukum Syarak to be applied when there is lacuna.

(1) Any provision or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Enactment contrary to Hukum Syarak is void to the extent of the inconsistency.

(2) With regards to any matter not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any provisions in this Enactment not clearly stated, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.

Passed in the State Legislative Assembly this 6th day of December, 1989 corresponding to the 8th day of Jamadilawal, 1410.
