Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of the Yang di-Pertuan Besar as the Head of the Religion of Islam in Negeri Sembilan, as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Negeri Sembilan, 1959.
