PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 126. Desertion of wife.
Any person who, having been ordered by the Court to resume cohabitation with his wife, wilfully fails or neglects to comply with the order commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
