Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained herein shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State of Selangor, as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Selangor 1959.
