Section 128. Failure to give proper justice to wife.

Any person who fails to give proper justice to his wife according to Hukum Syara' commits an offernce and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonmnet not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonmnet.
