PART IX - PENALTIES


Section 129. Disobedience of wife.

Any woman who wilfully disobeys any order lawfully given by her husband according to Hukum Syara' commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit.
