Section 121. Appeals.
Any person aggrieved by any decision of any Court, any Syar'iah Judge, or any Registrar under this Enactment may appeal to the Appeal Committee in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Administration Law or in any other law relating to civil and criminal procedure in the Syari'ah Courts.
