PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 125. Failure to report.
(1) Whoever, being under a duty to report under this Enactment, wilfully neglects or fails to do so commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonmnet not exceeding six moths or with both such fine imprisonment.
(2) Whoever, being under a duty to report or being required to submit an application under this Enactmnet or being required to funish any information or to execute or sign any document lawfully necessary for the purpose of effecting registration thereof, wilfully purpose of effecting registration thereof, wilfully neglects or fails to report or to comply with the requirement commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
