PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 132. Willful neglect to comply with maintenance order.
Without prejudice to the right of any person interested under any order of maintenance made under this Enactment to enforce the order under this Enactment or under any other law, the Court that made the order, in case of wilful failure to comply therewith, may direct the amount due to be levied in the manner by law provided for levying fines imposed by the Court, or may sentence the person wilfully failing to comply therewith to imprisonment not exceeding one month for each month's maintenance remaining unpaid.
