Section 36. Contravention of section 32.
Any person who contravenes section 32 commitsan offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with both such fine and imprisonment; and for a second or subsequent conviction shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
