PART I - PRELIMINARY


Section 1. Short title and commencement.


(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (State of Malacca) Enactment 2002.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation force on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.
