Section 33. Preventing married couple from cohabiting.
Any person who prevents a legally married couple from cohabiting shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both, and the Court shall order such couple to cohabit as a legally married couple.
