ENACTMENT NO. 7 OF 1983 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (NEGERI SEMBILAN) ENACTMENT 1983
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1.Short title application, and commencement
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law (Negeri Sembilan) Enactment 1983 and applies only to Negeri Sembilan.
(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on such date as His Highness may be notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Highness may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazettefor the coming into force of the different Parts or provisions of this Enactment.
