PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES

Section 30. Copies of entries to be sent to Chief Registrar.

(1) Every Registrar shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each month, deliver to the Chief Registrar a true copy certified under his hand of every entry made in the Marriage Register.

(2) All such copies shall be kept by the Chief Registrar in such manner as may be prescribed and shall constitute the Marriage Register of the Chief Registrar.
