PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 27. Reporting of void or illegal marriages.
It shall be the duty of every person to report to the Registrar the cicumstances of any case in which it appears to him that any alleged marriage was void or that any registrable marriage was solemnized in contravention of this Enactment.
