Section 26. Act preparatory to performing sexual intercourse out of wedlock.
Any person who does an act preparatory to performing sexual intercourse out of wedlock, notwithstanding that it does not amount to an attempt to commit an offence under section 25, shall be an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
