PART VII - ABETMENT AND ATTEMPT

Section 48. Abetment in the State of Selangor of offences outside the State of Selangor.

A person abets an offence within the meaning of this Enactment who, in the State of Selangor, abets the commission of any act outside the State of Selangor which would constitute an offence if committed in the State of Selangor.
