PART VII - GUARDIANSHIP Marriages Governed by Foreign Law
Section 122. Marriages governed by foreign law or celebrated abroad under this Enactment.
Where, apart from this Enactment, any matter affecting the validity of a marriage would fail to be determined in accordance with the rules of Private International Law, by reference to the law of a foreign country, the Court shall refer the matter to the High Court.
