CHAPTER 2 - ENFORCEMENT



Section 152. Power of the Court to fix time.

(1) Notwithstanding that a judgment or an order requiring a person to do an act specifies the time within which that act is to be done, the Court may, on such terms as it thinks just, make an order requiring the act to be done within such time as may be specified therein.

(2) Where a judgment or an order requiring a person to do an act does not specify the time within which the act is to be done, the Court shall have the power subsequently to make an order requiring the act to be done within such time as may be specified therein.

(3) An application for an order under this section shall be made in Form MS 34 and copies of the application shall, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Enactment, be served on the person required to do the act in question.
