Section 181. Hearing of judgment notice.

(1) The Court may, after hearing the judgment debtor who appears pursuant to a judgment notice under section 180, make an order of committal for a period not exceeding thirty days or vary the order referred to in section 178 as it thinks just.

(2) If an order of committal is made, the Court may order the execution of the order to be suspended with or without condition to enable the judgment debtor to pay the amount in respect of which the order is made.
