SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (STATE OF SELANGOR) ENACTMENT 2003

PART VIII - GENERAL


Section 231. Repeal.

(1) The Syariah Criminal Procedure Code 1991 (Enactment No. 6 of 1991) is repealed.

(2) Where any case or matter before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that is causes no injustice.
