Section 25. Statement as to fact of public nature contained in certain legislation or notifications are qarinah.

When the Court has to form an opinion as to the existence of any fact of a public nature, any statement of it made in a recital contained in an Act, Ordinance, Enactment, or in a Federal Government or any State Government notification published in a Federal or State Gazette, is qarinah.
