Section 71. Particulars.
(1) If any pleading does not contain sufficient particulars, the Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, order the party responsible to file and cause to be served further and better particulars, and may stay all proceedings pending compliance.
(2) Further and better particulars may be filed and served on request without order.
