PART XXII - MONEY AND PROPERTY IN COURT

Section 217. Remittance by post.

(1) The Registrar may in his discretion or if so requested remit by post any money to be paid out of Court.

(2) Where any money is remitted by post, the Registrar shall procure its receipt after remittance is made and the responsibility for its loss shall be borne by the recipient.
