SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (STATE OF SELANGOR) ENACTMENT 2003

PART I - PRELIMINARY


Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (State of Selangor) Enactment 2003.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the Gazette.
