Section 147. Duty to comply.
(1) Every person directed by any judgment to do any act shall comply therewith without demand, and it shall not be necessary to serve on him the judgment or any notice of the judgment except as provided in subsection 135(3).
(2) A judgment debtor shall from time to time inform the Court of his latest address of residence and failure to comply with the requirement of this subsection shall be deemed to be a contempt of Court.
