SERVICE WITHIN JURISDICTION

Section 40. Address for service.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), every plaintiff or applicant and every person filing a summons or other documents in any proceedings, other than an officer of a Court acting as such, and any other person ordered by the Court so to do shall give an address for service in the State of Selangor.

(2) Where any such plaintiff, applicant or other person is represented by a Peguam Syarie, the address of the Peguam Syarie shall be the address for service.
