Section 73. Sanction prosecute from Chief Syariah Prosecutor.

No prosecution for any offence under sections 4, 8, 9, 12, or 13 of the Syariah Criminal Offences Enactment (Selangor) 1995 [Enactment No. 9 of 1995] shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.
