Section 174. Sale.
Unless the Court otherwise orders, all sales shall be by public auction during office hours and a notice in Form MS 41 as to the date, hours and place of the intended sale shall be posted at the Court’s Notice Board and at the place of the intended sale not less than seven days before such sale.
