PART III - MODE OF BEGINNING CIVIL PROCEEDINGS
CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL


Section 7. Mode of beginning civil proceedings.

(1) Subject to subsection (2) or any other written law, every civil proceeding in a Court shall be begun by summons.

(2) All proceedings in respect of any of the matters specified in the Second Schedule shall be begun by application.
