PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 113. Cruelty to wife.
A person who commits cruelty to his wife or misappropriates the wife's property is guilty of an offence under this Enactment and may on conviction be liable to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months and to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or both.
