PART VIII - GENERAL
Section 117. Who can be deemed to be the father.
If a woman who is married to a man gives birth to a child six months or more after the marriage or within a period which can be accepted by Hukum Syarak after the dissolution of the marriage by the death of the man or by divorce and the woman has not remarried, such man shall be deemed to be the father of the child:
Provided that the man can by the process of lian deny that the child is his.
