Section 13. Distribution of usufruct or benefit of mawquf
(1) Where there is more than one mawquf-alaih and the waqif has not determined their respective proportion to the usufruct or benefit of the mawquf, it shall be distributed equally amongst them.
(2) Section 12 shall apply to the usufruct or benefit of any of the mawquf-alaih as mentioned under subsection (1) of this section who has died or cannot be traced without requirement for notification in the Gazette.
