PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 187. Application.

(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided, the offences in this Part shall only apply to and affect persons professing the Religion of Islam or persons who, at the time of committing any offence, was a Muslim.

(2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Enactment, prosecution for any offence under this Enactment shall be had in the Syar'iah High Court or a Syar'iah Subordinate Court.
