Section 100. Birth within four years of dissolution of marriage.

If a child is born at a time more than one year but within four years after the marriage is dissolved whether because of divorce or death of the male person and the female person has not remarried since, the male person shall not be deemed to be the father of the child unless the male person or any of his inheritors whomsoever he may be, affirms that the child is the child of the male person.
