Section 152. Power of the Court to fix time.
(1) Notwithstanding that a judgment or order requiring a person to do an act specifies a time within which the act is to be done, the Court may, on any terms it thinks fit, make an order requiring the act to be done within such other time as may be specified therein.
(2) Where a judgment or order requiring a person to do an act does not specify a time within which the act shall be done, the Court shall have power subsequently to make an order requiring the act to be done within such time as may be specified therein.
(3) An application for an order under this section shall be made in Form MS 33 and a copy of the application shall, notwithstanding other provisions of this Enactment, be served on the person required to do the act under such order.
