PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 112. Failure to cohabit.
A person who does not cohabit with his wife in accordance with the procedure as required by this Enactment or intentionally neglects or disobeys an order of Court to resume cohabitation with his wife is guilty of an offence under this Enactment and may on conviction be liable to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or both.
