PART XVIII - ENFORCEMENT AND EXECUTION CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL
Section 147. Duty to comply.
(1) Every person directed by any judgement to do any act shall comply therewith without demand, and it shall not be necessary to serve on him the judgement or any notice of the judgement except as provided in subsection 135(3).
(2) Ajudgement debtor shall from time to time inform the Court of his latest address of residence and failure to comply with the requirement of this subsection shall be deemed to be a contempt of Court.
